"More than thirty-five years ago, I was traveling by motorcycle through the Florida Keys when I stopped outside a combination bar and art gallery just a few streets from the fabled Southernmost Point in the Continental US. While inside, I noticed a small pin that a coastal artist had created. Resembling a traditional pair of pilot's wings, the wings were a weathered bronze of incredible detail joined by a spectacularly red ceramic heart with two simple industrial screws. I was immediately taken by its beauty and how it crystallized my theory about helping people achieve their goals.

I purchased the pin, and since that day, it has been around the world with me several times. It is a daily reminder that the people we are fortunate enough to work with are searching for a dream. Our goal is to be a trustworthy, committed, and caring co-pilot, remaining forever mindful that it is a creative spirit we represent.”
